About Us

Quality Assured Training (QAT) has three missions...

Firstly to raise the standard of holistic support in education as a precursor to counselling. We offer training that is ethical, trauma informed, neurodivergence aware, and rooted in real-world practice. Our work supports schools, training providers, organisations, and practitioners who want to deliver learning that is safe, rigorous, and genuinely transformative.

Founded by professionals with a wealth of experience in counselling, supervision, education, and organisational development, QAT was created to address clear needs.

A trusted, independent body that can endorse, and quality assure training with integrity and clarity. We bring together sector-wide insight, contemporary research, and lived experience to ensure that learning environments are inclusive, psychologically safe, and fit for purpose.

We exist to strengthen the foundations of the teaching, helping and holistic business professions by ensuring that training is ethically grounded, aligned with robust professional standards and transparent practice, trauma-informed and sensitive to the realities of human experience and the impact of adversity. Neurodivergence-aware, designed to respect diverse ways of thinking, learning, and being, by removing unnecessary barriers and centring learner wellbeing.
